ING Belgium disposait d\u2019une plateforme collaborative RH classique mais n\u00e9anmoins \u00e9tendue, qui n\u2019\u00e9tait malheureusement pas utilis\u00e9e \u00e0 bon escient par les 8.000 collaborateurs. La mission de The Owl consistait \u00e0 retravailler les textes de la plateforme, avec une attention toute particuli\u00e8re aux pages FAQ. Le d\u00e9fi suppl\u00e9mentaire \u00e9tait la structure \u00e9volutive de ING qui \u00e9tait alors en pleine transformation et digitalisation.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner column_width_percent=\u00a0\u00bb100″ gutter_size=\u00a0\u00bb3″ overlay_alpha=\u00a0\u00bb50″ medium_width=\u00a0\u00bb0″ mobile_width=\u00a0\u00bb0″ shift_x=\u00a0\u00bb0″ shift_y=\u00a0\u00bb0″ shift_y_down=\u00a0\u00bb0″ z_index=\u00a0\u00bb0″ width=\u00a0\u00bb1\/2″][vc_column_text]D\u00e9marche<\/strong><\/p>\n

En pr\u00e9sence du concepteur UX Anthony Roose, nous avons d\u2019abord \u00e9cout\u00e9 l\u2019opinion des diff\u00e9rentes personnes concern\u00e9es. Leur opinion \u00e9tait enrichissante et instructive et a \u00e9t\u00e9 le fil conducteur de la mission. Apr\u00e8s un certain temps, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019op\u00e9rer \u00e0 des changements bien plus radicaux qu\u2019initialement pr\u00e9vus, et de carr\u00e9ment muter le contenu vers un nouveau domaine.<\/p>\n

Nous avons demand\u00e9 les donn\u00e9es d\u2019utilisateur li\u00e9es \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes pages et cat\u00e9gories de la plateforme RH pour pouvoir analyser les r\u00e9sultats sur une p\u00e9riode de six mois. Main dans la main avec les copywriters nous avons alors r\u00e9\u00e9crit et am\u00e9lior\u00e9 la pr\u00e9sentation du contenu le plus pertinent. R\u00e9sultat<\/h1>\n

[\/vc_custom_heading][vc_column_text]L\u2019approche de The Owl a consid\u00e9rablement diminu\u00e9 le nombre de mots auxquels les utilisateurs \u00e9taient confront\u00e9s au quotidien. Cela a contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 du fonctionnement. Le contenu moins pertinent se retrouve en arri\u00e8re-plan, les recherches des collaborateurs ING s\u2019en voient acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9es et ils font davantage usage de la plateforme.<\/p>\n
